Despatch Times
We aim to despatch all packages within 48 hours of you making your order, please note almost all packages are in fact despatched well within 24 hours.
Packaging
We carefully pack your product, wrapping it twice (in some cases three times) in bubblewrap, place it in a gray bio-degradable mailing bag (which is also made from recycled products), labeled with your name and address, a "Fragile - handle with care" label both on the front and rear of the package, and post it via Royal Mail in less than 48 hours (over 90% of packages are despatched within 24 hours) after you purchased it.
Missing/Damaged Packages
All items are opened and checked for damage so none leave us in a broken state. We will refund any packages that go missing but not until Royal Mail have refunded us, please note on standard mail Royal Mail only compensate up to £36 we will not refund anymore than this either.
We only refund product cost and not shipping/packing costs.
If a package arrives damaged email us straight away, retain the original packaging as this is required for a royal mail claim and will have to be sent back to us along with the broken item.
